S6:E4 Beesly-Halpret

When Michael arrives at the Statler Falls Hotel in Niagara, NY (8:00) for Jim and Pam's wedding, a sign can be seen detailing the schedule during the event. The two relevant schedule items, the rehearsal dinner and the reception, are written as "Beesly-Halpret Rehearsal Dinner Tonight 7pm" and "Beesly-Halpret Reception Tomorrow 2pm". Halpert is misspelled as "Halpret" in both.

S5:E16 Squeaky Fromme

When Andy bursts in from the annex to ask the gang how he should ask Julia on a date (16:00), Creed engages. After Andy explains that Julia is into him, Creed says "Say no more. This is how I got Squeaky Fromme." and proceeds to explain his pickup strategy. Squeaky Fromme is in reference to Lynette Alice "Squeaky" Fromme, an American would-be assassin best known for attempting to assassinate U.S. President Gerald Ford in 1975.

S5:E4;1 Broken Stroller

During Dwight's durability test of Jan's $1,200 "Orbit" stroller, he reverses his car into it, demolishing one of its rear wheels. In the next shot, the stroller can be seen with all four wheels intact.

S5:E3 Hammermill

During Holly's ethics seminar, Meredith reveals that for the past six years she had been sleeping with Bruce Myers, the Scranton representative for Hammermill, in exchange for discounts and Outback Steakhouse coupons. Staples had an exclusive hold on Hammermill products up until S3:E2, when Michael announced to Jan, Josh, Jim, and Dwight that he had, for the first time, gotten Hammermill to break their exclusive ties with Staples. Less than six years passed between S3:E2 and S5:E3, meaning Meredith could not have been receiving Hammermill discounts for the duration of her relationship with Myers.

S5:E1;2 Hollis Flax

Holly's real name is Hollis. While looking over Holly's shoulder, we can see a nameplate on her desk that reads Hollis "Holly" P. Flax.

S5:E1;1 What Did Meredith Catch On The Boat?

During a weigh-in, we can see Meredith's face covered in some kind of horrible redness. Either burns, a rash, disease, etc. She is rather disfigured, yet no mention of it is ever made, and it plays into no scene either before or after this. Confirmed Cause: Deleted Scene A scene was deleted in which Meredith explains that "These guys took me out on a fishing boat... I don't think I caught anything." In the next scene Michael says to Meredith "Hey! Your face is... almost back to normal."

S4:E14;2 Andy's Parents Were Replaced

During Toby's going away party, Andy gets on stage to propose to Angela. He says he can't think of a better time, with the music playing, all his friends around, and his parents being there. The camera pans to his mother and father, who are two completely different actors than who play his parents in later episodes in following seasons. In this shot we see his parents seem very happy to be there, and happy to be given an introduction by Andy from the stage. His 'real' parents as we know them later on are ashamed of Andy and his antics, and would not have reacted the same way.

S4:E14;1 Raccoon Hazing

When Meredith, Dwight, and Mose break into Holly's car to leave a raccoon inside, Meredith inserts a crowbar of sorts between the door and the window to disable the lock. We can clearly see that the driver's side window had been open the whole time.

S4:E13 Nick Used To Be A Designer

At the high school job fair, Pam approaches a Graphic Design company's booth and chats with the representative about the job. The representative is Nick "Glasses", who later becomes Dunder Mifflin's IT Specialist, replacing Sadiq "Turban" in later seasons. Nick quits Dunder Mifflin in season 6 to help inner city kids with computers. Possible Cause: Graphic Design is a dying career path, thus Nick had to become an IT specialist.

S4:E11 Hop The Fence And Jog Home

While locked in the Dunder Mifflin office park and after Toby awkwardly caresses Pam's knee in the lobby, he announces he's moving to Costa Rica and says "I'm just gonna hop the fence and jog home then." We can clearly see a stunt double in place of Toby (Paul Lieberstein) scaling the fence, jumping over, and jogging away.

S3:E21;3 Duplicate Van

While pulled over to fix the flat tire on Meredith's 1991-1996 Ford Aerostar XL, a nearly identical van can be seen passing the gang while Michael asks if someone could grab him the "lever".

S3:E21;2 Sandals Fridge Magnet

In this episode (and others) we see a small magnet souvenir of a pair of sandals hanging from a playfully painted sun. In small black text along the bottom edge of the sun we can see "Sandals Jamaica". The souvenir was brought back by Michael after his trip to Sandals with Jan.

S3:E21;1 Missing Hubcap

When the gang pulls into the Steamtown Mall in Meredith's 1991-1996 Ford Aerostar XL, the hubcap on the rear driver's side wheel is missing. This is the same wheel which gets a puncture in its tire later in the episode. The hubcap was already missing before the blowout, prepped for the upcoming roadside scene.

S3:E20;2 Our Oldest Client

While managing the watermark crisis Michael tells the gang he's inviting Barbara Allen, one of Dunder Mifflin's oldest clients, to the office to deliver a personal apology. The client's name is a direct reference to  Barbara Allen,  a traditional Scottish ballad first mentioned in a diary entry by Samuel Pepys in 1666 which later traveled to America both orally and in print, where it became a popular folk song. Ethnomusicologists Steve Roud and Julia Bishop described it as "far and away the most widely collected song in the English language– equally popular in England, Scotland, and Ireland, and with hundreds of versions collected over the years in North America."

S3:E20;1 Creed Hasn't Checked For A Year

After Michael accuses Creed of causing the watermark disaster, he tells us that one per week he is meant to spend 4 hours conducting a quality spot check at the paper mill. He then says "[...] the one year  I blow it off, this happens."

S3:E10;2 Spinnin' And Reelin' With Love

After Angela's Nutcracker Christmas and Pam and Karen's Margharita-Karaoke Christmas parties are merged, Creed can be seen singing karaoke with the gang. The song he is performing was written by him and his band The Grass Roots, titled "Spinnin N Reelin".

S3:E10;1 That's Not Cindy

While having lunch at Benihana's, Andy suggests to Michael that they should invite their waitresses to the office Christmas party. The waitress we see Jim, Dwight, Andy, and Michael interacting with is named Cindy, who Andy says Michael can "have". When we get back to the office, Cindy is not accompanying the gang but rather two other waitresses, also Asian. Neither of the waitresses were at the scene in Benihana's, however, the subtitles show dialogue for one of the waitresses as "Cindy".

S3:E5 Pam And Jim's Quick Fingers

While on the phone with Pam just after the work day ends, Jim asks her how many words per minute the average person types. Pam replies that she types 90 WPM, and guesses the average person types 70 WPM. Jim replies that he types 65 WPM, which Pam calls "respectable". The average person types between 38 and 40 WPM, what translates into between 190 and 200 characters per minute (CPM).

S3:E1;04 SU

Behind Pam’s desk a cloth can be seen bearing the school colors and crest of Scranton University.

S3:E1;03 Window With A View

When Jim transfers to the Stamford Branch he sites a promotion and that "you can’t beat that view” as his reasons for leaving Scranton. Directly behind Jim (behind Karen’s desk) a poster can be seen with text reading “WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY”, accompanied by a picture of a window with a nice view.

S3:E1;02 Pam's Doppelgänger

During the first conference room meeting we see Jim having at the Stamford Branch, he can be seen sitting along the edge of the room, next to the door, and beside him sits a woman with an almost identical hair style and color as Pam.

S3:E1;01 Jim's Diner

On the monthly calendar behind Angela's desk we can see an event on the 19th that says “Sale Group Meeting Lunch”. The location is listed as “Jim’s Diner”.

S2:E22 Incidentally

While on the phone with his realtor Carol Stills, Michael says starts a sentence with "Incidentally–", one of the only times if not the  only time he has used this phrase in conversation. Jan calls Michael back during his call with Carol, and starts a sentence with the same phrase.

S2:E7;05 Big Mouth Burger

While Michael and Jan are at Chili's pitching to Christian for business from Lakawana County, Michael cannot seem to keep his mouth shut. The chalkboard above the booth directly behind Michael can be seen advertising the Big Mouth Burger. Possible Causes: Michael has a big mouth, Michael cannot control himself during the meeting.

S2:E7;04 Awesome Blossom

While Michael and Jan are at Chili's pitching to Christian for business from Lakawana County, Michael suggests they order an Awesome Blossom after reading the menu [05:35]. The chalkboard directly behind Jan can be seen advertising the same menu item.

S2:E7;03 Mac Daddy

When Jim tabs through the Threat Level Midnight script at his desk with Pam [07:00], we can see this dialogue between Agent Scarn and Samuel L. Chang in reference to early 1990s hip-hop duo Kriss Kross consisting of Chris "Mac Daddy" Kelly and Chris "Daddy Mac" Smith: Samuel L. Chang: Ha ha ha ha. Scarn you the mac daddy.   Agent Scarn: The daddy mac Chang, the daddy mac. Samuel L. Chang: My bad yo. You know I not smart and handsome like you. Word.

S2:E7;02 Samuel L. Chang's Dialogue Is Different

When Jim tabs through the Threat Level Midnight  script at his desk with Pam [07:00], we can see Samuel L. Chang's dialogue contains words like "yo" and "word". When we see Dwight's portrayal of Chang in the  Threat Level Midnight film, the dialogue doesn't contain the same language. The only time we see someone reading Chang's dialogue directly from the script is when Ryan plays the part later in the same episode. Possible Cause: Dwight wants Chang to be a humanoid robot, and Michael lets him portray Chang as such. Dwight could have intentionally omitted certain language in Chang's dialogue to more accurately portray him as a robot.
